We are taking steps to insure that our medical and other clinical staff stay healthy and that we are able to fully serve the needs of those we admit for treatment. We understand the increased pressures that the larger hospital and healthcare systems are experiencing at this time, and we will be working to lessen any undue reliance on them by reducing the likelihood that we will have to refer patients out for more acute service needs.
Until further notice and to insure that we are able to continue to serve those with the greatest need for our services, we are only admitting patients deemed to be high risk and/or in need of care for Withdrawal Management. Those deemed appropriate for continued Short Term Residential Services will be afforded them.
Admissions are scheduled by appointment only, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8-10 AM and 12-2 PM, and only for those pre-screened and scheduled by our Access Center. We will be unable to serve those with appointments that arrive outside of those time frames. Those accompanying adult patients will not be allowed entry to the building. One parent or guardian will be allowed to accompany adolescent patients to facilitate admission. Once a patient enters the vestibule of our facility they will not be allowed to leave. If they do leave we will be unable to continue their admission and will offer other options for their care.
For now, we have suspended all of our Outpatient and IDRC services, but will continue to complete admission screenings. We will be making Telehealth options available to current patients and will continue new admissions for these services once they are brought up to scale.
If you have questions or would like further information, please reach out to our Access Center; option #3 at (800) 705-HOPE (4673).
Thank you for your understanding as we do our part in managing through this risk to public health and safety.
