We are proud to report New Hope Integrated Behavioral Health Care has earned a Three-Year Accreditation. The three-year accreditation is the highest level CARF awards after a survey. The leadership team and staff were instrumental in making this happen and were highly praised in the report. We would like to congratulate all our staff on a job well done! CARF found New Hope’s “organizational focus on self-directed recovery, will create the therapeutic alliances between clients and staff members that lead to enhanced engagement and reinforce the exceptional services outcomes the organization demonstrates.”
The report noted “The leadership and staff members demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of clients through quality, client centered, self-directed and person centered services.”
It was also noted “New Hope leadership is respected and has a strong focus on future planning; New Hope invests in its staff; stakeholders describe them as super responsive, and innovative; New Hope incorporates specialized program designs; and, has committed staff members that listen to and respect clients.”
